Because packs are prepaid and verified manually, here is exactly what happens with your money.
After you submit a 12-digit UTR, we match it against the UPI credit to 7359777788@upi and activate your pack — typically within a few hours, at most 24 hours.
If a UTR cannot be matched, the order is marked Rejected and you can resubmit the correct UTR. If money was debited but no pack was activated within 24 hours, contact us with the UTR and we refund to the source UPI account within 5–7 working days.
Paid twice for the same order? The second payment is refunded in full to the originating UPI ID, or applied as a validity extension if you prefer.
Prepaid packs have no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. Activated packs are non-refundable for the remaining validity, except where required by law or in case of a verified platform outage exceeding 72 hours.
